New Association is born

Saturday , September 10th , 2005 a new association is born. It's called Indonesia Association of Training and Development (IATD).Formalization of the organization was one of the agenda of 1st National Congress IATD.

The objectives of this National Congress are to:

• Formalize IATD Charter and elect IATD Chairman and General Secretary
• Introduce professional profiles through “Bunga Rampai” book
• Establish networks among all professionals in HR development field, Lecturers and Trainers

The association will publish a compilation of training related essays – called “Bunga Rampai”, distributed to major companies in Indonesia as well as to congress participants – of 500 companies.HR and training related providers are offered to publish their company in this “Bunga Rampai”.
